- How often do you visit most customers?
- Our normal schedule is fortnightly but that being said no customer is the same so we are happy to work to your requirements
- Do you charge by the hour?
- We charge a set price for all of our customers, this way there is no hidden suprises!
- How can I pay?
- We accept cash, online banking and card payments (card holder must be present) from most major card providers.
- Will you move things like trampolines or just cut round them?
- In most cases yes, but sometimes there are reasons we can't.
- Can you take the grass cuttings away?
- Yes! We hold a waste carriers licence which allows us to transport green waste. All of our waste is 100% recycled into compost at a licensed processing facility.
- If you hit something like a hosepipe who is responsible?
- We will always try and clear lawns of any hazards before cutting but we can't accept responsibility for any damage to items left in the cutting area.
- How long do we get to pay an invoice?
- Invoices are emailed within a day or two of the work being completed, once received you get two weeks to pay.
- What do I do if I am unhappy with the work?
- Contact us within 48 hours of the work being completed and we will do our best to satisfy any issues.
